About Us
Quality Residential & Commercial
Properties in Gastonia, NC
At Gillespie properties, we’re more than a property management company; we’re a family-owned business that has proudly served Gaston County and the surrounding communities since 1996.
Founded by husband-and-wife team, our company was built on a commitment to providing quality homes, dependable service, and communities residents are proud to call home. Our team brings decades of experience in roofing, general contracting, and property development. We have always been passionate about serving others, building strong communities, and combined hands-on expertise with a people first approach that continues to guide our company today.
What sets us apart is how local and personal we are. Unlike property management companies that rely on outside venders, we handle much of our property care in house through our own maintenance team and resources. This allows us to respond quickly and maintain the high standards our residents deserve.
We believe renting should be simple, affordable, and stress-free. That’s why renters insurance is included with every lease, and many of our communities offer additional conveniences such as washer/dryer, lawn care, and trash to make everyday living easier.
More than 30 years later, our mission remains the same: to create welcoming communities, provide reliable service, and treat every resident like family.
Welcome home.
